PROJECT SPOTLIGHT-SEMA 26'
I'm gearing up to start a full frame-off restoration of my 1990 Dodge W250 — rebuilding the original 12-valve Cummins from the ground up and giving the truck a fresh, custom paint job, done entirely by me. I’ll also be adding one-of-a-kind graphics under the hood and across the firewall to make sure this build stands out from anything else on the road — or the show floor.
One of my biggest goals for this project is to have the truck featured in a sponsor’s booth at SEMA. It’s a bold dream, I know — but you miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.
This build is about more than creating a showstopper. I first painted this truck when I was 17, and it’s what inspired me to chase my passion and launch my own custom paint business, Crazy K Kustomz, straight out of high school. It was a huge risk, but I bet on myself — and nearly two years later, my business is still growing strong. This truck isn’t just another build. It’s a symbol of where I started and the journey that’s brought me to where I am today.
I’ll be documenting the full restoration through a dedicated YouTube series and showcasing the truck at major automotive events across the country. Right now, I’m looking for companies who want to come alongside me as partners and be part of making this dream a reality.
Why SEMA?
I want to do a SEMA build because it’s the ultimate stage to showcase my skills, creativity, and brand on a national level. SEMA is where the best in the industry come together, and having a build there would not only validate my work but also open doors for collaborations, sponsorships, and future business opportunities. It’s about proving that Crazy K Kustomz belongs among the elite in custom automotive design. I want to push the limits of what’s possible with paint, create something that turns heads, and establish myself as a go-to name in the industry. More than that, a SEMA build would be a personal milestone—showcasing how far I’ve come and setting the stage for where I am headed next. After its debut at SEMA, I plan to showcase the truck at as many events as possible. I’m aiming to attend a Goodguys show, a Roadster show, and a Lowrider show, along with as many local shows as I can fit into my schedule.
Product Partners
I’m looking to build a long-term partnership that goes beyond a single transaction. My goal is to collaborate with a like-minded sponsor who values innovation, creativity, and mutual success. With the right partnership, we can create something truly impactful and elevate both of our brands for the long haul
Thank You to My Amazing Product Partners
Bringing my custom C10 SEMA build to life wouldn’t be possible without the incredible support of my product partners. Your dedication, craftsmanship, and generosity have played a huge role in making this vision a reality, and I’m beyond grateful for the opportunity to work with such top-tier brands.
